As Product Manager you will be part of the Product Management Team and will be pivotal to growing our products and services in line with our strategic goals. You work alongside our product managers, designers, engineers and business stakeholders to create effective and innovative capabilities across our industry leading HR applications and services. This role will carry strategic responsibility for a defined area of our HR and Employee Self-Service product, and collaborative support for delivery of others.
- Product discovery: Develop and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap. Work closely with Product and Product Design to ensure that we are solving the right problems in the right way. Leverage data such as NPS and usage to supplement customer and market research to support this.
- Product prioritisation: Turn the product vision into action by driving backlog validated by customer insight. Work with the engineering teams to ensure that planned work is underpinned by clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Product delivery: Act as product owner within the scrum team, helping to remove blockers and ensure that product delivery is on time and meets customer needs.
- Product go-to-market: Work with other Zellis teams in line with the Zellis repeatable release model to ensure successful product release and adoption to initial customers and the market.
- Product in-life:. Monitor product performance including NPS and usage identifying opportunities for improvement to feed into the product backlog. Evangelism and support to the business stakeholders and customers to ensure that the value of the product is realised. Product life-cycle management.
