We promote wellbeing through digital resources and employee benefits.

We support mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing, helping employees to increase their resilience. We offer a leading clinician-designed wellbeing solution managed by a team of psychologists, promoting emotional health. Our wellbeing for all champions are qualified mental health first aiders and offer confidential support to our colleague community.

Diversity of thought and experiences

We’re committed to helping organisations improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), so all employees feel seen, respected, and motivated at work. Through our customers, we pay 1 in 6 people in the UK and Ireland. Learning and development

With one of our values being ‘Always learning’, it’s no surprise that we maintain a comprehensive programme of learning and development activities – from apprenticeships through to our Future Leaders programme. We also have a dedicated online hub, run regular masterclasses and bite-sized learning, and support role-specific coaching and training on the job. We recognise that every colleague is different, and our development plans reflect that.
