We believe two-way communication is key, which is why we have a comprehensive and inclusive communication and engagement strategy.

We also have a number of colleague-led networks across the Group, set up and managed by our passionate colleagues. These cover a number of topics including SheTech (our women in tech network), Engage Together (EnTo – our Kochi colleague network), and Moore Visibility (our LGBTQIA+ and allies network). Whether the network is based on experience or passion, they encourage colleagues to connect with each other across business areas and geographies and help drive our culture.

Giving back

We’re proud to be part of the communities we operate in, and through our Zellis in the Community volunteering days, our colleagues get to lend a hand to local charities, communities, and good causes.

We’ve partnered with Pennies from Heaven, to give our UK & ROI colleagues, and Zellis Group customers, the opportunity to donate the pennies (or cents) from their monthly pay directly to charity. To maximize our impact this year, Zellis Group are tripling the amount raised through match funding!
