Our UK and ROI offices are based in Birmingham, Bristol, Dublin, Farnborough, Peterborough, Sheffield and Swinton. We also have some teams based on customer sites.
In addition, we have a large proportion of our colleagues based in Kochi, India.
Many of our roles operate on a hybrid basis, with approximately 2-3 days each week working in the office and colleagues having flexibility to spend the rest of their time working remotely should they wish to. Some roles do offer a fully remote based working model. Each vacancy advertised will include further details about the expected working arrangements.
Whilst most roles will be advertised as full-time positions, we will always look to accommodate your requirements where possible. Please let us know on your application if you require any specific working arrangements.
Whilst we do have a sponsor licence in the UK, unfortunately we cannot offer visa sponsorship for every position. We review this on a case-by-case basis to evaluate whether the role is eligible for applicants who would require visa sponsorship.
Unfortunately, due to data privacy regulations we cannot accept speculative CVs. The best way to stay in touch is to create your own account via our candidate portal and register for job alerts – this way you'll be automatically notified of any new opportunities that meet your criteria as soon as they're advertised.
Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and aim to come back to all applicants within two weeks. If we’re experiencing a peak in applications this may occasionally take slightly longer, but you’ll always be notified of the outcome of any application you submit.
We tailor the interview and assessment process to each role. We use a combination of telephone and face-to-face interviews (although many of these will take place virtually using Microsoft Teams). There is no standard approach, and your interview process may also include presentations, scenario/role play exercises, aptitude assessments and behavioural profiling. The Talent Acquisition team will let you know what to expect as your application progresses.
We take our responsibilities very seriously and due to the nature of the industry we work in we conduct several background checks as part of our vetting and onboarding process. This includes criminal record checks, employment referencing and financial/credit checks. If you feel there is anything that may affect your suitability to join us, please provide details of this within your application form or raise this with the Talent Acquisition team as soon as possible.
Our Talent Acquisition team aim to fill all our vacancies directly. On the rare occasions when we require specialist support, we work with one of our existing agency partners. Our agency partners are a true extension of our Talent Acquisition team and understand our culture, ways of working and our requirements, so your application experience should feel no different whether you’re applying directly or via one of our selected agencies.
We’ve worked with many of our agency partners for a number of years, developing very strong relationships. As a result, at present we’re not looking to add any new agencies to our list of preferred partners.
