We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team at an incredibly exciting stage in our journey. This is a hands-on role with real ownership of how Hastee is positioned in the market, sold to enterprise customers, and adopted by employees. For the right candidate, it offers a clear career path to become Head of Marketing within the next 2–3 years.
As Product Marketing Manager you'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, customer success, and marketing. You'll define how we position Hastee’s solutions, build sales enablement tools for our commercial teams, and deliver client and employee communications that drive adoption and impact. You'll also work closely with the Zellis marketing team to ensure Hastee is represented in wider Group campaigns.
You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire (right now we split our marketing work between several departments) and will have a Marketing Manager based in Barcelona working alongside you (we’re hiring for this role right now). You'll report directly to Hastee’s COO and will have a ‘dotted line’ to the Zellis Director of Brand & Product Marketing. This allows you to be a core part of the small, agile Hastee team while also getting support and guidance from Zellis’ experienced marketing team.
Whilst the role is primarily home based there will be weekly travel required into London (Euston) for internal Hastee meetings, and you may occasionally need to travel to Barcelona as well. As an extension of the Zellis marketing team, there will also be regular team meetings across Peterborough and Watford offices.
This is both a strategic and executional role: you’ll be expected to shape messaging and frameworks, but also roll up your sleeves to produce decks, comms packs, and campaigns.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Product positioning & messaging
- Owning Hastee’s product positioning across all features, with clear articulation of business outcomes for employers and financial wellbeing outcomes for employees.
- Developing B2B messaging to improve sales conversion and client buy-in.
- Developing B2C messaging to drive app adoption and usage (working with the Barcelona-based Marketing Manager on execution).
Sales enablement
- Creating and maintaining sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, objection handling guides).
- Training Hastee and Zellis Group sales teams on messaging and competitive positioning.
- Partnering with customer success teams to ensure impact stories flow into sales assets.
Go-to-market strategy and execution of new product features
- Owning end-to-end go-to-market planning for new products and releases, by working with product, service and brand teams.
- Developing launch timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Monitoring launch performance and iterating strategies based on market feedback.
Client lifecycle marketing
- Owning B2B2C client lifecycle marketing: launch comms, quarterly campaign packs, and customised comms for enterprise clients.
- Overseeing Spanish campaign localisation (executed by the Marketing Manager).
Zellis Group alignment & advocacy
- Ensuring Hastee is embedded in Zellis Group marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Building awareness of the Hastee brand within Zellis, especially among sales teams.
Analytics & insights
- Defining KPIs for marketing campaigns and sales enablement effectiveness.
- Partnering with product and customer success teams to ensure adoption and impact data feed into marketing outputs.
