We are looking for an experienced Senior Internal Communications Business Partner, reporting to the Group Internal Communications Lead, to play a key role in how we communicate with our people across the Zellis Group, with a particular focus on Benifex.

This is a senior role with real visibility and influence and will work closely with leaders across the business, including regular exposure to the CEO, helping them communicate clearly, confidently and in a way that genuinely resonates with colleagues.

You will balance handson delivery with strategic thinking, shaping our internal narrative while making sure daytoday communications are engaging, relevant and well executed.

Location/Travel

This role can be home based or work on a hybrid basis from any of our UK offices. There will also be travel to Benifex offices in Southampton and Stockholm as required. 

What you will be doing

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and own the internal communications strategy for Benifex, ensuring it aligns with the wider Zellis Group direction
  • Turn business priorities and transformation programmes into clear, meaningful communication that helps people understand what is changing and why
  • Create highquality content across a range of channels, including leadership messages, newsletters, blogs, intranet content, events and roadshows
  • Support Group Communications with CEO and senior leadership communications, as well as wider groupwide campaigns
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching and supporting them to communicate with impact
  • Work closely with Marketing, Learning and Development and People teams to ensure communications and learning are joined up, particularly during change
  • Measure the impact of communications and use insight and feedback to continuously improve how we engage colleagues
  • Share stories, successes and best practice across the group to help build consistency and connection
 

Skills & experience

We are looking for someone who is confident working at a senior level and enjoys combining strategy with handson delivery. You will ideally bring:
  • Proven experience at Business Partner level in internal communications, colleague engagement or a related role
  • Significant experience within a SaaS or Tech organisation
  • Experience delivering communications for complex change or transformation programmes
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages without losing meaning
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, including experience supporting CEOlevel communications
  • Experience working across multiple geographies such as the UK and Ireland, Europe or Asia would be an advantage
