The Role
Ready to shape the future of employee wellbeing? Hastee is on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Manager to supercharge our growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
As a key player in our UK commercial team, you'll take ownership of a high-impact role—spearheading sales through our Moorepay partner channel while unlocking new revenue streams. You’ll work closely and meet regularly with Moorepay sales leaders and Account Managers, guiding deals from initial contact through to conversion, and playing a vital role in delivering our ambitious growth targets.
It is expected that managing this channel will be your full-time job in the short and medium term, but you will need to help manage direct new business sales as required too, as we invest in marketing and events our inbound and outbound leads engine will continue to grow with these opportunities being allocated across the sales team.

This is a hybrid role working 2 days per week in the Moorepay Swinton office, with some travel to other offices and customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with Moorepay stakeholders that will be critical to your success.
- Identify, prioritise and manage dozens of cross sell targets, best fit to Hastee’s ICP.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to create and execute campaigns that raise Hastee brand and solution awareness – i.e. make Hastee priority number 1 for the Moorepay team to promote to their clients.
- Support new business opportunities and manage a growing pipeline of new business opportunities over time, as required by the business and help generate leads.
- Look for return cross sell opportunities from the Hastee client base for Moorepay.
- Develop and implement your effective strategy to achieve sales quotas.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with your Hastee colleagues.
- Manage a seamless handover process to onboarding and beyond to ensure only positive experiences for clients, including the kick off process with Moorepay CS and implementation teams with initial data capture for Hastee onboarding.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to prospective clients, including C-level audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
- Provide regular pipeline updates, forecasts and performance reporting.
