About the role

As a Reward Analyst you'll be a key member of the Zellis Group Reward team, playing a critical role in supporting the development and delivery of Benifex’s reward and benefits agenda. This role will act as the main reward contact point for Benifex, managing day-to-day queries from managers and employees, supporting cyclical reward processes, and helping deliver a consistent and simplified approach across the business. With a strong focus on digitalisation and AI-first working, you'll ensure reward processes are accurate, efficient, and future-ready.

The role will give you the opportunity to work across a growing, international HR tech Group with exposure to both UK and Global reward practices. You'll be at the centre of shaping how Benifex employees experience reward and benefits.
 
In this role you'll report into the Zellis Group Reward Director, with a dotted line into the Benifex Chief People Officer. The role can be home based or work on a hybrid basis from any of our UK offices. There will also be regular travel to the Benifex office in Southampton (circa once a month).
 
Key areas of responsibility will include:
 
Business Partnering
 
  • Managing the day-to-day relationship with the Benifex People team.
  • Supporting Benifex management and employees with reward and benefits queries.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners and managers on reward decisions.
Reward Operations
 
  • Supporting the delivery and ongoing maintenance of the Benifex career framework, job levelling, pay ranges, and salary benchmarking.
  • Supporting the planning and administration of the Benifex salary review and benefits enrolment.
  • Ensuring monthly reporting, data quality, and standard reward processes are accurate and timely.
Reward Communications
 
  • Drafting and delivering clear, engaging reward communications to managers and employees.
Process Improvement
 
  • Driving simplification and systemisation of reward processes within Benifex.
  • Championing the use of AI-first tools and automation to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve employee experience.

Skills & experience

  • Previous experience in reward, HR analytics, or related HR operations role.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and explain data clearly.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate reward concepts for managers and employees.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems, Excel, and ideally exposure to job evaluation or pay benchmarking tools.
  • Curious mindset with a focus on simplification, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative approach – able to work closely with both the Benifex People team and the wider Zellis Group Reward team.
