In this role your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading BRM & demand shaping: Establishing a proactive BRM capability that translates business strategies into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Overseeing IT financials & vendors: Partnering with Finance to run the IT planning cycle, budgeting and benefits tracking; owning vendor segmentation, performance and commercial optimisation.
  • Risk, compliance & resilience: Embedding security, privacy and regulatory requirements into design and change governance; ensuring audit-ready evidence and KPIs.
  • Partnering, influencing, communicating: Providing clear narratives and options to the Executive and Senior Leadership; building cross-functional alignment and accountability.

Skills & experience

  • Executive-level technology leadership experience with demonstrable impact on strategy, portfolio value delivery, and architecture governance.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise / solution / data architecture in a modern cloud and integration landscape.
  • Financial stewardship of IT budgets and multi-vendor ecosystems.
  • Experience within PE-backed, multi-organisation Group environments desirable.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence.
  • Ability to balance speed, risk, and value.
