  • Partner with managers to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice across a broad range of people matters.
  • Support organisational change, workforce planning and restructuring activities.

  • Coordinate governance activities and case reviews to ensure actions are followed through effectively.
  • Coach managers to build confidence and capability in handling people issues.

People Projects & Transformation

  • Coordinate and support people initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
  • Contribute to transformation, culture and organisational effectiveness projects.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the colleague and manager experience.

People Insights & Reporting

  • Produce meaningful people reporting, analysis and insight to support business decision-making.
  • Identify trends across engagement, performance, absence, colleague experience and employee relations activity.
  • Support the preparation of leadership updates, dashboards and people reports.

Skills & experience

We're seeking a proactive and people-focused HR professional who combines strong employee relations expertise with a commercial mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

You'll ideally bring:

  • Strong employee relations experience with a sound understanding of UK employment law.
  • Experience partnering with managers and influencing positive outcomes.
  • The ability to balance operational HR support with project and change activity.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting people data and trends.
