Shape the Future of CRM at Zellis

We're looking for a CRM Architect to become the strategic owner of our CRM and commercial technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the CRM and commercial technology strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
  • Act as the organisation's HubSpot champion, driving governance, adoption, optimisation, and best practice.
  • Design scalable CRM solutions, data models, workflows, reporting frameworks, and integrations across the commercial technology estate.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee implementation and enhancement activity.
  • Establish and maintain CRM governance, security, compliance, data quality, and change management frameworks.
  • Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve revenue processes, forecasting, customer lifecycle management, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, user enablement, training, and adoption initiatives.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and deliver an AI roadmap that supports productivity, automation, and innovation.
  • Manage vendors, implementation partners, upgrades, integrations, and the ongoing evolution of the CRM environment.

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience designing, implementing, and managing CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Strong practical HubSpot expertise.
  • CRM architecture ownership experience.
  • Ability to define technology and CRM strategy grounded in implementation experience.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs.
  • Experience managing third-party implementation partners and vendors.
  • Systems architecture and data management capability.
  • Ownership of system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing development.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success processes.
  • Experience developing CRM architectures, integration strategies, and commercial system roadmaps.
  • Strong expertise in data modelling, governance, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ability to present strategy, recommendations, and progress directly to leadership teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, project, and change management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a build-and-transform environment.
  • Pragmatic transformation mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery.
  • Experience integrating CRM platforms with wider commercial technology ecosystems.

Desirable Experience

  • HubSpot certifications and advanced platform expertise.
  • AI-enabled commercial technologies and automation platforms.
  • AI within CRM, commercial technology, or sales technology.
  • Identifying automation opportunities and developing an AI innovation roadmap.
  • Gong or similar revenue intelligence platforms.
  • MarTech, RevOps, or commercial technology stacks.
  • SaaS or technology-driven organisations.
  • Experience working in larger organisations and transformation-led environments.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with business intelligence, data warehousing, and advanced analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of the HubSpot partner ecosystem.
