About the role

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Enablement Director to build and lead a high-impact sales enablement strategy at the heart of our Commercial organisation. In a fast-growing payroll and HR technology business, you will play a key role in unlocking sales performance, developing capability and supporting the next phase of our growth.
With broad strategic ownership and high visibility across the business, you will shape how world-class enablement drives sales capability, productivity and commercial success. Working closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations and Customer teams, you will design and deliver the programmes, tools, content and frameworks that help our commercial teams succeed.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will be responsible for establishing and embedding a scalable enablement function that supports onboarding, continuous learning, sales methodologies, product readiness and organisational effectiveness. The role also includes line management responsibility for one direct report, providing an opportunity to develop capability both directly and through leadership.
This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, collaborative and motivated by helping others perform at their best. You will have the autonomy, support and visibility to build something meaningful in a business-critical role, influencing how our commercial teams learn, sell and grow.
